Every athlete is different. Different levels of experience, strength, coordination and motivation. Athletes have different body types, joint angles, muscle fiber amounts and types.

Results for each athlete will vary. Some will see fast or even immediate gains in significant amounts. Others will see slow and steady gains. Others will find that they are unfit for intense exercise, or will not exert the proper effort and see no or very little results. 

It is impossible to accurately predict the exact amount of improvement each athlete will see.
